Why would I collect a Mayor Card?

Can the price or value of a Mayor Card change?
Yes. Prices can rise or fall depending on demand and other market factors. There is no guarantee that a Mayor Card will increase in value or that it can be resold for a profit. Collect a card because you like the place and the collectible, not because a future profit is guaranteed.
